Preparation of business units Annual Budgets, forecasts and KPI’s
Preparation for yearly annual auditing and High Tech auditing
To review monthly Chinese accounts and translate into budget/ monthly management accounts in format.
To provide on time management accounts and standard reports
To provide detailed financial analysis of the businesses performance when required.
To challenge established work and systems practices and define best-fit solutions for the future development of the businesses.
To fine tune and integrate SAP accounting and group reporting standards.
To collect relevant accounting, employment and tax information to facilitate informed decision making for the Group Chairman and General Managers as a whole.
To ensure adequate controls are deployed in the businesses to protect the business assets
To setup financial controls with overseas subsidiaries.
To maximise group cash flow

An in-depth understanding of Chinese accounting and International reporting
Ability to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of fully integrated IT manufacturing and finance systems
Fluent in English.
Open and consultative.
Fully conversant in all export documentation procedures
Must be CCAB or American equivalent
Minimum of 5 to 10 years experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably Western)
Currency & commodity hedging experience beneficial
Proven man management skills, team leadership with the ability to motivate and deliver the business objectives through people.
The role requires tenacity and the ability to challenge the status quo to Identify both systems and people weaknesses and make necessary changes
